Each year, the MGEU trains hundreds of union activists. Most begin their education learning basic steward duties, and go on to specialize in areas such as violence prevention in the workplace and workers’ compensation procedures.

Highlighted along the left-hand margin, activists will find links to the 2008-2010 Activist Training Schedule, electronic versions of several manuals and policy documents, and a variety of electronic forms that can be accessed on-line.
